FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What information do I need to provide you with for an enquiry?
A: Please use the contact us form on our website or email us with the date of your event, the postcode and what you are looking for. A colour scheme, your theme, budget and as much information as possible also helps!


Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We’re based in Sanderstead, South Croydon we cover North, South, East and West London! 


Q: When do I need to book & do you need a deposit?
A: We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment however, we will do our best to accommodate your date.  No booking is confirmed until we receive a deposit via Bank Transfer. 


Q: How & When do I pay?
A: We require a deposit for all bookings and nothing is confirmed until we receive the deposit via Bank Transfer. 


Q: What deposit do you require for Balloon & Decoration Installations & when is payment required?
A: To secure any date, we will require a £50 deposit which will be deducted from the total balance due. The full balance for any installation is due 48 hours prior to the event date. Depending on the value, we reserve the right to request a 50% deposit.


Q: I need to change the date, what can I do?
A: Just let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to our availability. However, if the request is within a 4 week period and we cannot accommodate your new date, we will view this as a cancellation and you will lose your deposit.


Q: What is your cancellation & refund policy for Balloon & decoration Installations?
A: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If you wish to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible to find a solution if you do wish to cancel.
